Fiber Terminal Box series product is the auxiliary equipment of terminal wiring in optical transmission network. It is suitable for indoor fiber optic cable directly and branching connection. It plays a protective role to fiber optic connectors.

3、functional requirements
3.1.Having an optical fiber cable introduction, lead-out of wiring pigtail and fixing and protection of the cable, wiring pigtail fiber performance is not damaged
3.2.To protect the cable terminal from the influence of the surroundings.
3.3.With the function of the cable metal components and optical fiber terminal box housing insulation and can easily lead to the grounding feature.
3.4.Providing space for setting of optical terminal and spared optical fibers. Convenient to install.
3.5.Box physical sufficient impact strength fixed the corresponding installation feature different occasions.
3.6.If necessary, it should have the function of cable branching connection.
4、Structure
Optical Fiber Terminal box consists of 3 parts. Housing, Internal structures and Optical fiber joint protection.
4.1.Housing should be able to easily open, easy to install; housing should be used for the protection grounding cable metal components deriving device.
4.2.Internl structure should contain belows:
a.The support frame: the internal structure of the body for the internal support structure;
b.Splice tray: fiber optic connectors (and its protection pieces) for sequentially stored and the remaining fiber, the remaining length of the fiber is not less than 1.6m, the remaining fiber plate put the radius of curvature of not less than 37.5mm. And promising to re-connecting provide easily identifiable fiber number marked and easy to operate space;
c.Fixtures: for fixing of cable sheath, Cable strength member and wiring pigtail.
4.3.Protected fiber optic connector parts: the protection of the fiber optic connectors can be heat shrinkable protective tube, retaining clip.
